Potato Pizza
Cooking Time: 30mins Serves:2
INGREDIENTS:
- Grated potato (3 large will make 2 medium size pizza)
 - Cornflour (4-5 tbsp)
 - Salt (as per taste)
 - Tomato ketchup (2-3 tbsp)
 - Sliced Onion (1 small)
 - Sliced capsicum (1 small)
 - Sliced tomatoes (1 small)
 - Grated mozzarella cheese (1/2 cup)
 - Chili flakes (1 tsp)
 - Oregano (1 tsp)
 - Refined oil (4-5 tbsp)
 
METHOD:
- Grate potatoes using larger attachment of the grater.
 - To the grated potatoes add 4-5 tbsp of cornflour (or rice flour) and salt as per taste. Mix well.
 - In a non-stick frying pan add 2 tbsp of oil.
 - To the hot oil, spread the potato mixture like a round thick pancake.
 - Let it brown and cook on one side for 3-4 mins on medium flame.
 - Flip carefully.
 - To the cooked side, spread tomato ketchup. Add grated mozzarella and all the toppings. Sprinkle some oregano and chili flakes.
 - Lower the gas to medium-low. Cover and cook until cheese melts and the other side of the potato base turns golden and crispy.
