Cheese sandwich recipe

CHEESE EGG TOAST 

Cooking Time: 10 minutes                                                                                       Serves:3



INGREDIENTS: 
  1. Six Bread Slices 
  2. Three Eggs
  3. Chopped Onions
  4. Chopped Coriander leaves
  5. Chopped Green Chilies
  6. Salt
  7. Sugar
  8. Red Chili Flakes
  9. Black Pepper Powder
  10. Chaat Masala 
  11. Mixed Herbs 
  12. Refined Oil
METHOD:
  1. In a mixing bowl beat three eggs. 
  2. To this add three tablespoons of chopped onions, one tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, salt, sugar as per your taste, pinch of red chili flakes, black pepper powder, chaat masala, and mixed herbs (optional).
  3. Mix everything really well with a whisk.
  4. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. 
  5. Now take a bread slice, dip it in the egg mixture and place it on the hot oil. 
  6. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Add grated cheese on one side of the fried bread and place another bread on top. 
  8. Cook for a minute until cheese melts. 
  9. Cheese Egg toast is ready.


GARNISH:
  1. Serve the toast with some coriander chutney. 
  2. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and some grated cheese.
  3. Sprinkle some chaat masala on top.
NOTE:
  1. Make sure with every bread slice there is some chopped onion, coriander leaves and chilies. 
  2. This recipe is ideal for breakfast, snack and tiffin for kids.
