Chicken Cheese Balls, a cheesy snack recipe

CHICKEN and CHEESE BALLS
Cooking time: 15 minutes                                                                              Serves: 4




INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken mince / Chicken keema (250 grams) 
  2. Finely chopped onion
  3. Finely chopped capsicum (green bell peppers)
  4. Salt
  5. Black pepper powder
  6. Chilli flakes
  7. Cheese (cut into small cubes)
  8. Eggs
  9. Flour
  10. Bread crumbs
  11. Refined vegetable oil



METHOD:
  1. In a mixing bowl add in the minced chicken (250 grams), finely chopped onion and capsicum (2 tablespoons each). To this add salt, chilli flakes and black pepper powder. Mix properly. 
  2. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the flour and mix and beat an egg in a bowl. 
  3. Make small balls out of this chicken mix and in the centre place a cheese cube. Properly secure each chicken balls so that no cheese is visible from outside.
  4. Roll these balls in flour, dip in the beaten eggs and place in the bread crumbs. Coat each ball properly with the bread crumbs.
  5. Fry these in vegetable oil on medium flame until golden brown. 
  6. Serve these yummy chicken cheese balls with ketchup or mayonnaise. Happy snacking!!

    1. No need to boil the mince. Just use raw mince. It will be properly cooked during frying. Fry on medium flame until golden brown. Hope this helps.
