Chocolate Milkshake recipe

CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE with ICE CREAM

Cooking time: 5 minutes                                                                                  Serves: 2 


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chilled milk (300 ml for 2 servings)
  2. Sugar
  3. Milk/ Dark chocolate compound ( cadbury dairy milk bar) 
  4. Coco powder
  5. Ice cream (Chocolate or Vanilla)
  6. Chocolate syrup
  7. Chocolate chips
METHOD:
  1. In a blender add in 300 ml of chilled milk. 
  2. To this add Milk / Dark chocolate bar (25-30 grams), 2 tablespoon of coco powder, sugar as per your taste and finally 2 scoops of either vanilla or chocolate ice cream. 
  3. Blend everything for 2-3 minutes until smooth and thick. 
  4. Pour in a glass and top it with a scoop of ice cream and sprinkle some chocolate chips. 
Serve chilled!! Cheers !! 



NOTES:
  1. Use chilled milk for best result.
  2. I have used vanilla ice cream for this milkshake. You can use chocolate ice cream or even coffee ice cream. 
  3. Add sugar as per your taste keeping in mind chocolate bar and ice cream contain sugar.
  4. You can skip the chocolate bar and can make the milkshake with coco powder only. 
  5. Top the milkshake with either whipped cream or ice cream.
