Mango Milkshake recipe

MANGO MILKSHAKE or MANGO SHAKE

Cooking time: 2 minutes                                                                       Serves: 2 





INGREDIENTS:
  1. Milk (preferably chilled) 
  2. Chopped ripe mangoes
  3. Sugar
  4. Vanilla Ice Cream (or Mango Ice Cream)


METHOD:
  1. In a blender add in chilled milk (300 ml for 2 servings), chopped ripe mangoes.
  2. Add in sugar as per as your taste.
  3. Finally add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. 
  4. Blend everything together until smooth for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour in a glass and top it with a scoop of ice cream and chopped mangoes. Serve chilled. Cheers!! 


NOTE:
  1. Use chilled milk for best results.
  2. Add sugar as per your taste. If the mangoes are very sweet and ripe there is no need to add any additional sugar. Do keep in mind that ice cream contains sugar.
  3. Mango Ice cream can be used instead of vanilla ice cream.
