Banana Smoothie

BANANA & PEANUT BUTTER MILKSHAKE or Smoothie

Cooking Time: 5 minutes                                                                              Serves: 2



INGREDIENTS:
  1. Milk (preferably cold)
  2. Banana (1 large)
  3. Peanut butter
  4. Sugar/honey
  5. A scoop of vanilla ice cream (optional)


METHOD:
  1. In a blender add in 300 ml of cold milk (for 2 servings). 
  2. To this add 1 large sliced banana, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, sugar as per your taste and finally 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  3. Blend everything for 2-3 minutes until smooth and thick. 
  4. Pour in a glass and top it with a scoop of ice cream and sprinkle some chocolate sprinkles. 

  5. Serve chilled!! Cheers !! 
NOTES:
  1. Use cold milk for best result.
  2. I have used vanilla ice cream for this milkshake. You can use chocolate ice cream or even coffee ice cream. 
  3. Add sugar as per your taste keeping in mind banana and ice cream contain sugar. You can skip sugar or use honey for a healthier alternative.
  4. This milkshake is an ideal pre workout drink. You can also have it as your breakfast.
