Curd Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Curd (2 cups) or Hung curd (1.5 cup)
  2. Bread slices (20-24)
  3. Grated carrot (1 medium size)
  4. Grated cucumber (2 medium size-squeeze out the excess water)
  5. Salt (as per taste)
  6. Sugar (1-2 tbsp)
  7. Black pepper powder (1 tsp) 


METHOD: 
  1. Place 2 cups of curd in a strainer and allow the excess water to drain out for 3-4 hours (or overnight) in a refrigerator to make hung curd.
  2. To the hung curd add the grated carrot, grated cucumber, salt, sugar and black pepper powder.
  3. Mix until well combined. 
  4. Cut the sides of the bread (optional)
  5. Add a couple of tbsp of the curd filling on top of a bread and sandwich it with another slice.
  6. Serve the sandwich cold and Enjoy!
