Curd Sandwich
Cooking Time:15mins Serves:6
INGREDIENTS:
- Curd (2 cups) or Hung curd (1.5 cup)
- Bread slices (20-24)
- Grated carrot (1 medium size)
- Grated cucumber (2 medium size-squeeze out the excess water)
- Salt (as per taste)
- Sugar (1-2 tbsp)
- Black pepper powder (1 tsp)
METHOD:
- Place 2 cups of curd in a strainer and allow the excess water to drain out for 3-4 hours (or overnight) in a refrigerator to make hung curd.
- To the hung curd add the grated carrot, grated cucumber, salt, sugar and black pepper powder.
- Mix until well combined.
- Cut the sides of the bread (optional)
- Add a couple of tbsp of the curd filling on top of a bread and sandwich it with another slice.
- Serve the sandwich cold and Enjoy!
